There’s no way around it. Straight back to routine.

It’s true, I am the first to say it, on some occasions it is highly recommendable to leave all discipline aside, enjoy your meals, let yourself a bit loose, even quit training for a couple of weeks. We need to do it sometimes, so that we can later bounce back with loads of motivation. Who did not overeat last Christmas? Most of us have gained four, six or more pounds after all those big meals and celebrations. It’s perfectly ok! Life is too short and valuable for big drama. So let go!

Now it’s time for a hands-on approach to our goals.

Resume your healthy diet. Please, don’t fall into shock diets to counteract (we have discussed this in other articles). Simply put, it takes the body a couple of weeks to function properly again and to eliminate all those toxins, liquids and stored fat.

Nutrition and training are key here. But there is also an excellent supplement that can significantly help you burn fat and define. We’re talking about Weider’s Thermo Caps.

It works wonders for me. It contains a combination of the best clinically tested ingredients that will help boost your metabolism in order to burn fat. Besides regulating glucose levels, it helps eliminate toxins like alcohol, so abundant in this past holiday season.

Believe me, you will add it to your supplement must list for 2018.
